How do I find my school?

Use the search bar on our home page to search by 1) school name, 2) city and state, or 3) zip code and radius. You can also browse schools by state using the Browse Schools By State feature at the bottom of the homepage.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom items may require additional production time of 3-5 business days before shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer a flat rate of $4.99 per order. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and view your order history.

Do you offer different sizes?

Yes, most of our apparel is available in a range of sizes from Small to 5XL. Size availability may vary by product.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Can I save items for later?

Yes! Create an account and use our Wish List feature to save items you're interested in.

What if my school isn't listed?

We're constantly adding new schools to our catalog. If you don't see your school, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll add your school within a week.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer special pricing for team orders and bulk purchases. Please contact us at [email protected] for a discount code.

How do I create an account?

Click the profile icon in the top navigation bar and select 'Sign Up'. You can create an account with your email address and password, or sign in with Google.
